At MidNight Scent, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. We take great care in ensuring our fragrances are packaged perfectly and delivered to you in pristine condition. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you were looking for. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility Window: 7 Days
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be requested for return within 7 calendar days of the date you received the package.
2. Condition Requirement: Must Be Unused & In New Condition
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns for items that are:
- In their original, sealed condition.
- Unused and unopened.
- In the original, undamaged packaging.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been used, opened, tested, or is not in its original sealed condition. The safety of our customers is our highest priority.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Situations
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or refund:
- Any product that has been used, opened, or tested.
- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any product that does not meet the eligibility conditions listed above.
- Final Sale items. Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or refund.
4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us Within 7 Days

Once authorized, please mail your return to the address we provide. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
